SIX NATIONS WHISKY TASTING

 This tasting event will be a celebration of whisky produced by each of the six rugby nations competing in the Six Nations Championship. This will be a fitting tribute to the exciting competition we have just watched. 

 For those new to whisky tastings, these events are an opportunity to learn about and experience the flavours of whisky in all its forms in a relaxed, fun environment. I will be introducing the background to each whisky so that you can gain an understanding of why whiskies are different and maybe trigger the start of your whisky journey. 

 Seasoned whisky enthusiasts may find more paths opening on their own whisky journey with the chance to sample drams from other countries. There may be whole world of whisky out there that you didn't know existed.

 Whisky is produced in many nations and although Scotland and Ireland claim the rights to have initially begun the tradition that created the drink we recognise today, fermenting and distilling agricultural crops to produce alcohol in various forms has been going on for hundreds of years across the globe.

 During this tasting you will have the opportunity to discover drams of fantastic whisky from Scotland, Ireland, England, Wales, France, and Italy - and maybe talk a little rugby too.
